It isn't all meat and potatoes around here, we love to pick up a fresh piece of Ahi tuna from Stewart's fish market in Amagansett, then toss it in Senor Lechuga's rice wine vinaigrette and top it with slivers of jalapeno and sesame seeds. It's a light appetizer before we get our meat on.
