Our special Honey Peach Sauce was the talk of many backyard barbecues last summer, from the Shinnecock Canal all the way out to the Montauk Lighthouse. This summer, we used fresh organic peaches from Frog Hollow Farm, which we carefully simmered with honey, organic ketchup, apple cider vinegar and our special mix of spices.
Our Honey Peach always stars honey straight from the hives at Sag Harbor Honey, which really adds a perfect level of sweetness and comes through in each bite.
The Milk Pail farm in Watermill inspired this new addition of Apple Jalapeno Sauce, which features their fresh Apple Cider as the hero ingredient, along with DOUBLE the jalapenos--you asked for it!. This special batch is tangy with just a bit of heat, and pairs nicely with chicken and pork. We like to slather it generously on our famous backyard babyback ribs.
